Ikbkg^tm1.1Chtr/Y Tg(Alb1-cre)7Gsc/0 mice are protected from anti-Fas mAb stimulated development of hepatitis. H&E staining showed fulminant hepatitis in Ikbkg^tm1.1Chtr/Ikbkg^tm1.1Chtr (NEMO^f/f) mice after stimulation with the anti-Fas mAb, Jo2, whereas Ikbkg^tm1.1Chtr/Y Tg(Alb1-cre)7Gsc/0 (NEMO^deltahepa) mice remained unaffected.
