Caption

Contiguous sections of gonads collected from mice at various days during postnatal development (P2-P24 and adult) were analyzed by radioisotopic in situ hybridization. Low-magnification darkfield and companion high-magnification brightfield images were made after hybridization. Labels are indicated in the images for epididymis (epd), germ cell (GC), interstitium (int), and Sertoli cell (Ser). Scale bars = 500um and for the brightfield images = 40um.
