Mfsd2a^tm1Dls/Mfsd2a^tm1Dls mice have increased brown adipose tissue (BAT) beta-oxidation. H&E staining of BAT depots from fasted A, wild-type and B, mutant mice. Mutant samples appear densely eosinophilic, with fewer multilocular lipid droplets compared to wild-type.
