Caption Nissl staining of control (Gbatm2Karl/Gba+ Tg(KRT14-cre)8Brn/?) mice (A-D) and Gbatm2Karl/Gbatm2Karl Tg(KRT14-cre)8Brn/? mice (E-F). Loss of neurons was observed in red nucleus (E), pons (F) medulla (G) and cerebellum (H). Purkinje neurons (indicated by arrows in D and H) are reduced in numbers and appear shrunken. All mice were about 2 weeks old at analysis. Scale bar in A & E, 30um; B and F, 60um; C and G, 50um; D and H, 40um.
