High magnification images merged with ones of staining with DAPI of the cells expressing Dnmt3a (red) and Dnmt3b (green) are shown in panels (J) and (K), respectively. In panel (K), the arrowhead indicates the region that was co-stained with anti-Dnmt3b antibodies and DAPI. In panel (L), the cells expressing Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b are indicated by arrowheads and an arrow, respectively. Bars in panels (A)-(I) and (L) indicate 50 microns, and in panels (J) and (K) 10 microns.
