Caption | A, B, C are transverse sections through the trunk, open neural tube, and caudal regions of a Sp/Sp embryo showing intense staining, particularly along the lateral portions of the neural tube (arrows). D, E, F, are comparable sections from +/+ embryos that are from the same experiment as A, B, and C and have therefore undergone the same processing and film-exposure conditions. These sections are under-exposed when photographed for the same amount of time as A, B, and C indicating that less antibody is binding to +/+ sections than to Sp/Sp sections (scale bar = 50 microns). | |||||||||||||||||||||
