Results
Specimen 3C MACF1loxP/+; Nex-cre: postnatal day 10; Macf1tm1Efu/Macf1+, Neurod6tm1(cre)Kan/Neurod6+ (more )
Note: Conditional mutant.
Structure Cell Type Level Pattern Image Note
TS28: cerebral cortex cerebral cortex neuron Present Regionally restricted 3C bottom left , 3C top left Immunopositive neurons were relatively accumulated in deeper layer neurons of the control cerebral cortex.

Specimen 3C MACF1loxP/loxP; Nex-cre: postnatal day 10; Macf1tm1Efu/Macf1tm1Efu, Neurod6tm1(cre)Kan/Neurod6+ (more )
Note: Conditional mutant.
Structure Cell Type Level Pattern Image Note
TS28: cerebral cortex cerebral cortex neuron Present Regionally restricted 3C top right , 3C bottom right The distinct localization pattern of immunopositive neurons was not seen in MACF1<loxP/loxP>;Nex-cre cerebral cortex. Immunopositive neurons in MACF1<loxP/loxP>;Nex-cre mice were spread out evenly throughout the cortical bins compared to controls. Immunopositive neurons appeared abnormally spaced in the mutant compared with control.
