Notes:
(a) The deltaNp63 transcript was expressed more robustly in the epidermis of Trp63<R279HN/+> mice. There was a marked variation in transcript level amongst individual pups from the Trp63<R279HN/+> litter. Transcriptional variation was not seen in the Trp63<R279H/+> mice, where the deltaNp63 expression levels were similar overall and similar to littermate controls.
(b) This sample had detectable TAp63 transcript.
