Assay notes:	The antibody used recognizes two related proteins: Tcf3/Tcf7l1 and Tcf4/Tcf7l2. The authors cited results of others that demonstrated Tcf4/Tcf7l2 is not expressed in the hair follicle, but the other systems studied in this paper were not discussed, so both family members have been annotated.
