cardiovascular system
• vascular malformations are seen in lymph nodes, adipose tissue, spleen, and/or other locations
• visible vascular malformations appear as dark, blood-filled, often multi-lobulated cystic masses
• vascular malformations are characterized as venous-capillary mixed-type malformations with ectatic channels and often containing a lymphatic component and no atypia
• numerous, variably-sized, thin-walled ectatic vessels, often separated by increased stroma are seen in these lesions
• vascular malformations in adipose tissue are comprised of multiple thin-walled vessels

endocrine/exocrine glands
• biliary cysts are the most frequent type of cyst
• biliary ductule ectasia is seen in some mice
• some mice exhibit mammary ductal ectasia
• 4 mice show unusual polypoid projections into mammary ducts that appear to be inversions of disorganized fatty and stromal tissue
• some mice exhibit alveolar hyperplasia
• some mice exhibit expansion of the supporting stroma
• some mice exhibit overgrowth of breast tissue

integument
• some mice exhibit mammary ductal ectasia
• 4 mice show unusual polypoid projections into mammary ducts that appear to be inversions of disorganized fatty and stromal tissue
• some mice exhibit alveolar hyperplasia
• some mice exhibit expansion of the supporting stroma
• some mice exhibit overgrowth of breast tissue
• one mice shows an area of epidermal hyperplasia similar to epidermal nevi

liver/biliary system
• biliary cysts are the most frequent type of cyst
• biliary ductule ectasia is seen in some mice

growth/size/body
