♂ phenotype observed in males
N normal phenotype
reproductive system
• sperm analysis in two males shows a high mobility rate
• sperm analysis in two males shows high sperm cell count
• females are more fertile than controls, with an average delivery of 8.17 pups compared to 5.38 pups for wild-type controls
• however, males show normal fertility and testes phenotype and show complete spermatogenesis

immune system
• splenic T cells exhibit higher proliferation index at 72 hours of stimulation with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 antibodies
• thymus hyperplasia with cell hyperactivation in the cortical zone
• however, no difference in T cell sub-population distribution is seen in the thymus at 6 weeks of age
• splenic white pulp hyperplasia
• however, no difference in T cell sub-population distribution is seen in the spleen at 6 weeks of age
• splenic white pulp hyperplasia

hematopoietic system
• splenic T cells exhibit higher proliferation index at 72 hours of stimulation with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 antibodies
• thymus hyperplasia with cell hyperactivation in the cortical zone
• however, no difference in T cell sub-population distribution is seen in the thymus at 6 weeks of age
• splenic white pulp hyperplasia
• however, no difference in T cell sub-population distribution is seen in the spleen at 6 weeks of age
• splenic white pulp hyperplasia

growth/size/body
• splenic white pulp hyperplasia
• however, no difference in T cell sub-population distribution is seen in the spleen at 6 weeks of age

endocrine/exocrine glands
• thymus hyperplasia with cell hyperactivation in the cortical zone
• however, no difference in T cell sub-population distribution is seen in the thymus at 6 weeks of age

cellular
