Flp-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Cre-mediated recombination deleted exons 1-2. This gene in embedded in Zmiz1 intron 6 and knocking-out this intron-nested gene does not disturb the function of the Zmiz1 host gene. (J:391287)
