N normal phenotype
normal phenotype
• mice exhibit no overt phenotype and females are fertile, although one mouse showed impaired gait but this could be a sporadic phenotype
• mice show normal overall body mass, normal metabolic indicators (alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase levels), normal red blood cell parameters (RBC count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration), and normal blood cell counts (leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, and eosinophils)
