• after two consecutive intranasal doses of IL-25, total lung neutrophil number and neutrophil infiltration in the bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) is significantly lower than in IL-25-challenged Il7rtm1.1(icre)Hrr heterozygous controls
• complementation of IL-25 challenge with recombinant mouse (rm)Rnase2a fails to induce neutrophil recruitment in the lung
