neoplasm
• 4 of 20 (20%) of homozygotes developed ovarian carcinomas, one of them showing liver metastasis
• 6 of 20 (30%) of homozygotes developed thyroid adenomas
• thyroid adenomas and ovarian carcinomas were never present in the same mouse
• 1 of 4 ovarian carcinomas showed the presence of liver metastasis

cellular
• after 72 hrs of serum starvation, the % of apoptotic MEFs (sub-G1 cell population) was lower than that in wild-type MEFs
• after treatment with 500 nM doxorubicin for 16 hrs, the % of TUNEL-positive MEFs was significantly lower than that in wild-type MEFs
• mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from E12.5 embryos showed a significantly higher proliferation rate than wild-type MEFs

endocrine/exocrine glands
• 4 of 20 (20%) of homozygotes developed ovarian carcinomas, one of them showing liver metastasis
• 6 of 20 (30%) of homozygotes developed thyroid adenomas
• thyroid adenomas and ovarian carcinomas were never present in the same mouse

reproductive system
• 4 of 20 (20%) of homozygotes developed ovarian carcinomas, one of them showing liver metastasis
