• following wash-out of blebbistatin, T cells take 3 times as long to reinitiate polarization compared with wild-type cells
• in lymph nodes, T cells exhibit faster movement with reduced turning angle compared with wild-type cells
• however, T cells exhibit normal arrest rates in a 2D matrix, homing to lymph nodes in vivo and antigen recognition
