decreased aggression towards male mice ( J:327623 )

• mice injected with an adenovirus expressing a cre-dependent GCaMP6s exhibit no response to a first or second intruder swabbed with the Vmn2r53-activating urine fraction unlike wild-type mice

• however, mice exhibit a normal response to female and castrated male urine or mice, and injection of clozapine N-oxide (selective agonist of hM4D(Gi)) restores aggressiveness
