• slight, but significant, decrease in splenic CD3+ T cells in both young (2-4 months) and old (over 12 months) mice
• eosinophil number is increased 2 fold in young, but not in old mice
• increase in conventional dendritic cells (cDC) in spleen and bone marrow (22% and 13%, respectively) in young (2-4 months) mice
• plasmacytoid dendritic cell (pDC) number is similar to control
• 10% increase in splenic B cells in young (2-4 months) mice
• in young (2-4 months) and old (over 12 months) mice
• 23% increase in CD4+ CD25+ T cells in young (2-4 months) mice
• 10% decrease in CD4+ splenic T cells in young (2-4 months) mice
