• at P7 the precentral fissure between lobules I/II and III is absent and lobules IV/V and VI are fused in 4 of 22 and 3 of 22 mice, respectively
• at P7 there is an additional lobule like protrusion in lobule IV/V
• at P7 and P21, in all mice the intercrusal fissure between lobules VI and VII is absent
• at P7 and P21, lobules are generally smaller with a rostral-to-caudal gradient in the severity of size reduction (lobule I/II most affected to lobule IX least affected)
• some Bergman cells are found in the molecular layer or very close to the pia mater
• at P21, the region of climbing fiber innervation of the molecular layer is reduced with fibers confined to the deep region
• at P16, P21, and P28, climbing fiber terminals are found around the Purkinje cell somata
• at P16, P21, and P28, some cells are innervated by multiple climbing fibers and in some cases the somata and proximal shaft dendrites are innervated by different climbing fibers
• the Purkinje fiber territory is expanded down to the proximal dendritic domain of the Purkinje cells
