liver/biliary system
• 9 month old males exhibit substantial dysplastic, steatosis and lobular architectural changes in the liver
• 9 month old females exhibit only mild steatosis
• males, but not females, develop hepatocellular carcinoma starting at 15-18 months of age
• tumors vary in appearance, size and location, from multiple tiny nodules covering the entire liver to a single large mass

neoplasm
• males, but not females, develop hepatocellular carcinoma starting at 15-18 months of age
