• benzo(a)pyrene induced significantly larger skin tumors and about 50% of these tumors were squamous cell carcinomas which are not seen in wild-type mice
• urethane exposure resulted in increased tumor load and multiplicity in homozygotes compared to wild-type mice

• 5 out of 41 homozygotes had lung adenomas consisting of circumscribed but nonencapsulated closely packed acini of cuboidal and low columnar epithelial cells and some had papillary formations or nuclear pleomorphisms
