• tumors appear 4 weeks earlier and the average number of tumors is slightly but significantly increased compared to mice wild-type for Poli

• lung tumors, considered to be metastasis from skin tumors, were detected in 3 of 19 mice

• mesenchymal skin tumors are detected in some double mutant mice but not in mice wild-type for Poli
