description
Allele Type:    Chemically induced (ENU) (Dominant negative)
Mutation:    Single point mutation

Mutation details

ENU mutagenesis induced a T-to-G mutation in the sequence encoding the Ras-like GTPase domain, changing valine codon 235 (GTT) to glycine (GGT) (p.V235G). The mutation accelerates T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) onset in a T-ALL model mouse. (J:236123)
