|
Mutation details: A CAG promoter, loxP-flanked neo-STOP cassette, human STAT5B with a p.N642H mutation and C-terminal V5 tag, FRT-flanked internal ribosome entry site (IRES)-controlled enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP), and pA were inserted into the locus. p.N642H is a gain-of-function mutation described in various forms of lymphoproliferative disorders that causes enhanced and prolonged tyrosine phosphorylation.
