Mutation details: The flexible accelerated Neo-STOP tetracycline-inducible (FAST) technique inserted the superfolder green fluorescent protein (sfGFP), a GFP with enhanced folding kinetics, after the endogenous start codon. The knock-in cassette also contains a loxP-FRT-Neo-STOP-FRT-tetO-loxP upstream of the start codon and sfGFP insertion which produces a global knock-out allele.
