• Mutation details: CreERT2-P2A-mCherry coding sequence and SV40 polyadenylation signal (CreERT2-P2A-mCherry-pA) and an FRT flanked pGK-Neo was inserted into the exon 1 of the Itga8 gene. Subsequently, the Neo cassette was removed by crossing the chimeras with FLPeR mice. The mCherry fluorescence was not easily detected and not pursued in the study. (J:340471)
