Mutation detailsCre-mediated inter-chromosomal recombination between Tn(sb-SBlac)15.193058Fsp at chr15:63225637-63225638 (GRCm39) and Tn(sb-SBlac)15.192339Fsp at chr15:63332129-63332130 deleted approximately 106 kb and leaves one intact copy of the transposon cassette (in forward orientation) at the deletion junction. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat. The deleted sequence is part of the Myc topologically associating domain (TAD) and contains Myc enhancer Rr334. (J:212391)
