Mutation details: Cre-mediated inter-chromosomal recombination between Tn(sb-SBlac)15.179039Fsp at chr15:63590844-63590845 (GRCm39) and Tn(sb-SBlac)15.192566Fsp at chr15:63657231-63657232 (GRCm39) deleted approximately 66.4 kb and leaves one intact copy of the transposon cassette (in forward orientation) at the deletion junction. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat. The deleted sequence is part of the Myc topologically associating domain (TAD) and contains Myc enhancer Rr313944.
