Mutation details: Cre-mediated inter-chromosomal recombination between Tn(sb-SBlac)15.195052Fsp at chr15:63208247-63208248 (GRCm39) and Tn(sb-SBlac)15.193315Fsp at chr15:63501716-63501717 deleted approximately 293 kb and leaves one intact copy of the transposon cassette (in reverse orientation) at the deletion junction. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat. The deleted sequence is part of the Myc topologically associating domain (TAD) and contains Myc enhancers Rr316124 and Rr313933.
