Mutation details: CRISPR-targeting deleted the constitutive promoter, exon 1B, and a possible alternative exon 1C required for the transcription of the p110 isoform. Expression of isoform p150 is not altered. Two lines were generated with almost identical mutations. The two lines (Adarem3Osb and Adarem4Osb) were combined (indicated by the pound symbol #).
