Mutation detailsCre-mediated inter-chromosomal recombination between Tn(sb-SBlac)15.184347Fsp at chr15:62708842-62708843 (GRCm39) and Tn(sb-SBlac)15.179039Fsp at chr15:63590844-63590845 deleted approximately 882 kb and leaves one intact copy of the transposon cassette (in forward orientation) at the deletion junction. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat. The deleted sequence is part of the Myc topologically associating domain (TAD) and contains Myc enhancers Rr38, Rr334, Rr316124, Rr313933, Rr331, Rr307328, Rr332, Rr307330, Rr333 and Rr313939.
