Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsA loxP site and FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette were inserted in intron 17 of the mouse Nrxn2 gene, and an F3-flanked puromycin resistance cassette followed by a loxP site were placed in intron 18. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neo cassette. The puromycin cassette was also removed. (J:346434)
