Mutation details: The transgene is composed of the human RNU6 promoter disrupted by a floxed neomycin resistance cassette, short-hairpin RNA targeting Cacna1b, the human GH sequence, and the human promoter driving expression of an inducible cre recombinase gene (cre/ERT2) in microglial/macrophage cells. Five founders were generated and line 17 was selected as the representative line.
