Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout) Mutations: Insertion, Intragenic deletion Mutation details: A floxed neomycin resistance cassette was inserted upstream of exon 24. An additional loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 24. Cre-mediated recombinated removed the selection cassette and exon 24. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in mouse embryonic fibroblasts. (J:221026)
