Allele Type: Targeted (No functional change, Reporter) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: An IRES-GFP-loxP-tACE-Cre-PGK-gb2-neo-loxP cassette was inserted downstream the stop codon via homologous recombination. Cre-mediated self-excision through the Cre gene driven by the testis-specific angiotensin I converting enzyme gene promoter removed the selection cassette. Insertion of the reporter did not alter endogenous protein expression. (J:210160)
