Conflicting reports exist for the integrity of the ES mutant cell line EPD0284_3_D08. A published report (J:206568) describes the line as carrying the Sel1ltm1a(KOMP)Wtsi allele and the Sel1ltm1c(KOMP)Wtsi allele derived from it. However, analysis at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute suggests that this ES cell line only carries the Sel1ltm1e(KOMP)Wtsi allele.
