• Mutation details: Improved cre (icre) cDNA was cloned downstream of the Defa6 promoter in a plasmid construct. A human growth hormone sequence was also present in the construct (Defa6-icre-hGH) which was linearized and used for pronuclear injection. 22 founders were produced and 2 lines were used for further characterization.
