description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Null/knockout, Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsA floxed HA-tagged human cDNA with nucleotide substitutions that result in the amino acid substitution of tyrosine for histidine at position 361 (H361Y), GFP, and an frt flanked neo cassette were insered into exon 4, which contains the translation initiation site. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. The absence of protein expression was confirmed by western blot analysis on E12.5 embryo extracts. (J:159219)
