Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout, Reporter) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: A lacZ and floxed neo cassette were inserted into an NcoI site in exon 1 that includes the start site via homologous recombination. The neo was removed by Cre mediated recombination. RT-PCR confirmed the absence of transcript in homozygous mice. (J:158888)
