• Mutation details: The coding sequence of Nog was cloned into a vector in front of an IRES-EGFP sequence under control of the chick beta-actin promoter and the CMV immediate-early enhancer. A STOP cassette flanked by loxP sites was inserted between the CAG promoter and the Noggin sequence. Excision of the STOP cassette by cre recombinase permits expression of Noggin. (J:149232)
