• Mutation details: The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 7130bp between positions 108533623-108540752 of Chromosome 7 (Build GRCm39). Real-time PCR and Western blot analyses revealed a ~50% reduction of mRNA and protein levels in all adult heterozygous tissues/organs examined. Quantification of immunoblots indicated that protein expression levels are decreased by 30-46% in adult heterozygous skeletal muscles. (J:136110)
