• Mutation details: These mice express human synovial sarcoma translocation, chromosome 18-IRES-EGFP bicistronic mRNA from the ROSA promoter. The vector also contained a strong transcriptional termination signal, NeoPA, flanked by loxP sites, such that the inserted cDNA is not transcribed without the presence of cre recombinase.
