Notes

Five lines were created: 8, 22, 41, 43, and 49. Mice from lines 41 and 49 succumbed to pancreatic tumors between 3 and 4 months of age. Mice from lines 22 and 43 did not develop tumors after one year of observation. In line 8, 3 out 7 males developed tumors. Line 8 was studied further.
