Mutation details: Baygenomics ES cell line XB444 (currently unavailable from Baygenomics) contains a gene trap vector inserted in intron 1. The vector includes a Beta geo fusion gene, an IRES, and the human placental alkaline phosphatase gene (ALPP). The insertion site was confirmed by the authors by PCR genotyping. Absence of gene product was confirmed by immunoblot analysis.
