• Mutation details: The gene segment from human TCR alpha receptor V24 (TRAV24) to TCR alpha receptor JQ (TRAJ18) was fused with the mouse Tcra-C and placed under the control of the human CD2 enhancer promoter. This construct was injected into C57BL/6 x DBA/2 fertilized eggs. Five founders were identified. Founders 1-4 expressed the transgene at a high frequency whereas founder 5 expressed the transgene at a low frequency. (J:82014)
