Notes
Tyrc-s, albino-Strong, semidominant. This coat color variant arose in a stock descended from a male treated with methylcholanthrene, and selected for early maternal age. Depth of color is similar to that for Tyrc-ch on an a/a Tyrp1B/Tyrp1B background. Eumelanin is slightly diluted to a deep yellow-brown, phaeomelanin from yellow to white. Color of combinations with various other albino alleles has been described (J:31896).
