The chromosome 2 Del(2)Pax611Neu deletion was placed between 105.001 and 105.541 Mb. The deletion is 540,470 bp and includes Rcn1 and Pax6. The distal breakpoint of Pax611Neu resides within intron 9 - 10 of Elp4.

    The chromosome 2 deletion Del(2)Pax612Neu was placed between 105.299 and 113.380 a distance of approximately 6.08 Mb. The deletion begins distal to the Rcn1 gene and includes the Pax6 and Elp4 genes, and the following genes distal to Elp4 (Immp1L, Dph4(Dnajc24), Dcdc5, Mppede2 (Mpped2), Fshb, Kcna4, Rpl35a, Hadhb (chr 5 MGI and Vega, but BLATS to 2), Mett5d1, Kif18a, Bdnf, Lin7c, Lgr4, Cdc34, Bbox1, Slc5a12, and Muc15) and also includes 18 genes within the Olfr gene cluster at Chr 2 111.06 - 11.90 Mb (Olfr1275 - Olfr1281, Olfr1283 -Olfr1291, Olfr1294, and Olfr1295).

The chromosome 3 deletion Del(2)Pax613Neu was placed between 105.488 and 105.726 Mb a distance of 237,725 bp and includes the entire Elp4 and ends in intron 2-3 of Immp1l.
