Notes
  • Experiment
15 intra-MHC recombinant mouse strains were characterized to determine the position of 10 anonymous DNA probes on the distal portion of the t-complex. The genes identified by these probes were arranged in three clusters. The clusters were ordered as follows: cluster one - D17Leh108, D17Tu19, H-2M1, D17Leh171, D17Tu32 and D17Tu42; cluster two - D17Tu49, D17Leh525 and D17Leh467 and cluster three - D17Tu26 included with Mut and Crisp2. The order of genes within the cluster could not be determined. Authors use D17Tu26 for D17Leh26. Authors use D17Leh108 for a locus that was split and now equals D17Leh108A and D17Leh108B. D17Leh108A used here.
