GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Zfa-ps in situ hybridization pDP1068
Notes
  • Experiment
Probe pDP1068 is a 2.1 Kb fragment of Zfa genomic DNA which also hybridized to Zfx (18 grains) on the X Chromosome. A weak hybridization was observed near the Y centromere which may be due to cross-hybridization with Zfy-1 and Zfy-2 (see accompanying experiments for this reference).
