  • Experiment
    Microcell hybrids were from fusion of C57BL/6J mouse and rat FTO-2B cells. Hybrids F(11)U and F(11)J contain mouse Chromosome 11 as their only mouse chromosome, hybrids FB(11)U and FB(11)J are segregants from F(11)U and F(11)J that lack Chromosome 11. Hybrids F(11)U and F(11)J were positive for Il5, Scya1, Scya3, Scya4, and Scya2, while FB(11)U and FB(11)J were negative. Thus, these loci segregate with and map to mouse Chromosome 11.
